Join your team and sign in

Use the right invitation, confirm your account and reach your company workspace.

Join through your invitation link

  1. Ask your company administrator for an active invitation link for your branch and role.

  2. Open the link and check the company identity before continuing.

  3. If you already use Hooteyes, choose Log in. Otherwise choose Create an account and complete sign-up.

  4. Complete email verification if requested, then return to the invitation flow.

  5. Check the company and branch in your workspace. Ask your administrator to correct a wrong assignment before recording attendance.

Already have an account?

Use your existing login. One account may belong to more than one company. Open the profile menu and use Switch organization when more than one company is available.

Joining a company does not give you permission to manage it. The invitation determines your starting role and branch; managers still need explicit management access.

Recover access to your account

The reset screen uses a generic confirmation to protect account privacy. It does not prove that an account exists or that a message has reached your inbox. If a link has expired, request a fresh one. Never send your password to a manager or support contact.

  1. On the login page, choose the password-recovery link.

  2. Enter your work email and request a reset link.

  3. Check your inbox and spam folder. Open the most recent reset email.

  4. Enter and confirm a new password, then save it and log in again.
